Each social network has its own guidelines for how much content you can publish each day. For example, Facebook recommends publishing no more than 5 posts per day, although the actual limit is 35. Publishing more may affect post reach. The table below summarizes the daily posting limits defined by each social platform. These limits do not affect the number of posts you can store in your queue.
