Connect and Refresh LinkedIn Pages and Profiles
📝 Note: To connect a LinkedIn Page to Aitoearn, you must be a Super Admin of that Page. Learn more about LinkedIn Page administrator roles. Go to your channels area to connect a LinkedIn Page or profile: https://account.aitoearn.com/channels You can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts to Aitoearn. To make sure Aitoearn connects the account you want, sign in to that LinkedIn account in another browser tab before connecting it to Aitoearn. Troubleshooting: If your LinkedIn Page does not appear when connecting it to Aitoearn, check that:
- You have Super Admin access to the Page you are trying to connect.
- You are signed in to LinkedIn.com with the account that has Super Admin access before connecting the Page to Aitoearn.
Schedule Posts to LinkedIn Pages and Profiles
LinkedIn Pages and profiles support slightly different features. Use the table below when scheduling posts. 📝 Note:- Best time to post: The “best time to post” feature in analytics does not support LinkedIn. To build a better posting schedule, see guidance on the best times to post on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn Image, Video, GIF, and Document (PDF) Specifications
LinkedIn supports images, videos, GIFs, and PDF documents.- If a GIF fails with a generic error, it may have too many frames. Try shortening the GIF, compressing it, or converting it to a video.
- When adding a document (PDF carousel), add a document title. Otherwise, the post cannot be scheduled.
- Actual publishing depends on Aitoearn page validation.
Engage with LinkedIn Posts
Aitoearn engagement features are available only for Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn engagement is not currently supported.LinkedIn Analytics
Publishing is only one part of the process. Analytics help you understand whether your strategy resonates with followers. In Aitoearn, LinkedIn analytics are available in two places: the publishing dashboard under the Sent tab and the Analyze tab.Sent Post Analytics
In the Sent tab, you can quickly view metrics for sent posts, including LinkedIn Pages and profiles. LinkedIn profile analytics include:- Total impressions
- Likes
- Comments
- Shares
- Engagement rate
- Views
- Watch time
- Unique viewers for profile video posts
- On the free plan, you can access likes, comments, and impressions. Paid plans also include likes, comments, impressions, shares, and engagement rate.
Analytics
If you subscribe to an Essentials or Team plan, you can use the Analyze tab at the top of the dashboard to view advanced analytics for LinkedIn Pages. Advanced analytics for LinkedIn profiles are not currently supported. To view advanced analytics for a LinkedIn Page, select LinkedIn on the left and review these tabs:- Overview: Shows overall engagement over a selected period.
- Posts: Shows the history and performance of published posts.
- Answers: Answers questions such as the best date, content type, and publishing frequency.
📝 Notes
- You will see analytics for posts created natively on LinkedIn, but analytics for PDF carousel posts are not available.
- When you first connect a LinkedIn Page, Aitoearn backfills up to 6 months or 500 posts of data.
- Analytics refresh daily for the 500 most recent LinkedIn Page posts. Once a post is no longer among the 500 most recent posts, its data stops refreshing.
- LinkedIn sponsored post metrics can be retrieved.
